Windows 98 PCem installation tutorial

Most of the software in this database was made for operating systems like Windows 95 and 98, and unfortunately, it won’t run properly on modern versions of Windows. To enjoy these classic programs the way they were meant to be experienced, you’ll need to set up a Windows 98 virtual machine.
After trying several approaches, I’ve found the best method is to use an emulator called PCem. It does a great job of recreating the hardware environment of late-90s PCs, making it ideal for running vintage edutainment software.
